✧ Do the desert dwellers pray it

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ شَاءَ أَهْلُ الْبَادِيَةِ لَمْ يُصَلُّوا صَلَاةَ الْفِطْرِ إِلَّا فِي قَرْيَةٍ جَامِعَةٍ
Translation
✧ If the desert dwellers wish, they need not pray the Eid al-Fitr prayer except in a central village.
