✧ Do the desert dwellers pay it

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ قَوْلَهُ ﴿قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ تَزَكَّى ﴾لِلْفِطْرِ ؟ قَالَ: " هِيَ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ كُلِّهَا
Translation
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: “What do you think of His saying, ‘He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself’ [87:14] — is it about the fiṭr?” He said: “It is about all charity.”
