عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَلَى كُلِّ اثْنَيْنِ دِرْهَمٌ - يَعْنِي زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ - قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: " هَذَا عَلَى حِسَابِ مَا يُعْطَى مِنَ الْكَيْلِ ".
Translation
Chain of narrators

✧ 'Umar b. 'Abd al-'Aziz wrote: for every two persons a dirham - meaning zakat al-fitr. Ma'mar said: This is according to the calculation of what is given by measure.
