✧ The obligation of the prayer of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
مَا رَأَيْتُ الْجُمُعَةَ إِلَّا أَوْجَبَ عِنْدَهُمْ مِنَ الْفِطْرِ، يَقُولُونَ: هَذِهِ فَرِيضَةٌ، وَهَذِهِ سُنَّةٌ
Translation
✧ I have not seen them consider anything more obligatory than Jumuʿah compared to Fiṭr. They say: this is a farīḍah and that is a sunnah.
