عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَيَذْكُرُ اللهَ الْإِنْسَانُ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ أَوْ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ وَهُوَ يَعْقِلُ قَوْلَ الْإِمَامِ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، كُلُّ عِيدٍ فَلَا يُتَكَلَّمُ فِيهِ
Translation

✧ I said to Ata: Does a person remember Allah while the imam is delivering the khutbah on the day of Arafah or the day of Fitr, and he understands the imam's words? He said: No, every Eid, one should not speak during it.
