عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَرْحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ

كَانَ يَبْدَأُ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ وَالْأَضْحَى بِالصَّلَاةِ قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ، ثُمَّ يَخْطُبُ، فَيَكُونُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ الْأَمْرُ بِالْبَعْثِ وَبِالسَّرِيَّةِ

Translation

✧ He would begin on the day of Fitr and Adha with the prayer before the sermon, then deliver the sermon; in his sermon would be the command for an expedition or a raiding party.
