✧ Prayer before the imam comes out and after the khutbah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ:
كَانَ لَا يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الْعِيدَيْنِ شَيْئًا وَيُصَلِّي بَعْدَهُمَا أَرْبَعًا
Translation
✧ He used not to pray anything before the two Eid prayers, and he would pray four after them.
