✧ Prayer before the imam comes out and after the khutbah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، وَغَيْرِهِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ - أَوْ أَضْحَى - فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ لَمْ يُصَلِّ قَبْلَهُمَا وَلَا بَعْدَهُمَا
Translation
✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ went out on the day of Fitr — or Adha — and prayed two rak'ahs, not praying before them or after them.
