Translation

✧ Some people from among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ came to us on the day of Eid before the imam came out and they prayed. Then Ibn Umar came and did not pray. A man said to Ibn Umar: "Some people from among the companions of Muhammad ﷺ came and prayed, and you came and did not pray." Ibn Umar said: "Allah, Blessed and Exalted, would not reject a servant's good deed. I think so."
