✧ The greatness of the day of Friday

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلَالٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ، عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ:
إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ فَغَسَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ رَأْسَهُ، ثُمَّ اغْتَسَلَ، ثُمَّ غَدَا وَابْتَكَرَ، ثُمَّ دَنَا فَاسْتَمَعَ وَأَنْصَتَ، كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ يَخْطُوهَا كَصِيَامِ سَنَةٍ وَقِيَامِ سَنَةٍ
Translation
✧ When Friday comes, if one of you washes his head, then performs ghusl, then goes early, then draws near and listens and remains silent, he will have for every step he takes like fasting a year and standing in prayer a year.
