✧ A man coming while the imam is giving the khutbah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْأَعْمَى،
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَخْطُبُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " أَرَكَعْتَ ؟ قَالَ: لَا قَالَ: " فَارْكَعْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ
Translation
✧ A man from the Anṣār came on Friday while the Prophet ﷺ was giving the sermon, and the Prophet ﷺ said: “Have you prayed?” He said: “No.” He said: “Then pray two rakʿahs.”
