✧ Leaning on Friday While the Imam Is Delivering the Sermon

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ،
كَرِهَ أَنْ يَتَّكِئَ الرَّجُلُ، يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ، إِلَّا مِنْ عِلَّةٍ، أَوْ كِبَرٍ، أَوْ سَقَمٍ
Translation
✧ He disliked that a man should lean on Friday while the imam is delivering the sermon, except due to illness, old age, or sickness.
