✧ The Man Who Is Uncertain During Prayer Whether He Broke Wind or Not

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ:
إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَيُطِيفُ بِالرَّجُلِ فِي صَلَاتِهِ لِيَقْطَعَ عَلَيْهِ صَلَاتَهُ، فَإِذَا أَعْيَاهُ نَفَخَ فِي دُبُرِهِ، فَإِذَا أَحَسَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَا يَنْصَرِفَنَّ حَتَّى يَجِدَ رِيحًا أَوْ يَسْمَعَ صَوْتًا
Translation
✧ Satan circles around a man during his prayer to interrupt his prayer. When he tires him, he blows into his anus. When one of you feels something, let him not leave until he smells an odor or hears a sound.
