عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، لَعَلَّهُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَوِ ابْنِ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ - شَكَّ - قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَطَاءٌ قَالَ:
إِنَّمَا كَانَ الْأَذَانُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فِيمَا مَضَى وَاحِدًا قَطُّ ثُمَّ الْإِقَامَةُ، فَكَانَ ذَلِكَ الْأَذَانُ يُؤَذَّنُ بِهِ حِينَ يَطْلُعُ الْإِمَامُ، فَلَا يَسْتَوِي الْإِمَامُ قَائِمًا حَيْثُ يَخْطُبُ حَتَّى يَفْرُغَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ أَوْ مَعَ ذَلِكَ، وَذَلِكَ حِينَ يَحْرُمُ الْبَيْعُ، وَذَلِكَ حِينَ يُؤَذِّنُ الْأَوَّلُ، فَأَمَّا الْأَذَانُ الَّذِي يُؤَذَّنُ بِهِ الْآنَ قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ الْإِمَامِ وَجُلُوسِهِ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَهُوَ بَاطِلٌ
Translation
✧ The adhan on Friday in the past was only one, then the iqamah. That adhan was called when the imam came out, and the imam would not stand upright where he was to deliver the sermon until the mu’adhdhin finished, or around that time. That is when trade becomes forbidden, and that is when the first adhan is called. As for the adhan that is called now before the imam comes out and sits on the minbar, it is invalid.
