✧ Delivering the Sermon While Standing

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو قَزَعَةَ قَالَ:
أَخَذَ عُثْمَانَ ارْتِعَاشٌ، فَكَانَ إِذَا قَامَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ اسْتَرَاحَ سَاعَةً، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَخَطَبَ
Translation
✧ Uthman developed a tremor, and when he stood on the pulpit he would rest for a while, then stand and deliver the sermon.
