✧ Adorning the mosques and the passageway in the mosque

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي فَزَارَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، وَكَانَ ابْنَ خَالَةِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ:
مَا أُمِرْتُ بِتَشْيِيدِ الْمَسَاجِدِ قَالَ: وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: أَمَا وَاللهِ لَتُزَخْرِفُنَّهَا
Translation
✧ I was not commanded to raise the mosques high. He said: And Ibn Abbas said: Indeed, by Allah, you will surely decorate them.
