عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ،
أَنَّ عَاتِكَةَ بِنْتَ زَيْدٍ قَبَّلَتْ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلَمْ يَنْهَهَا، قَالَ: وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ الصَّلَاةَ، ثُمَّ مَضَى فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّا
Translation
✧ Atikah bt. Zayd kissed Umar b. al-Khattab while he was fasting, and he did not forbid her. He said: He was intending to pray, then he proceeded and prayed and did not perform ablution.
