عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنِ الْوَشْمِ ؟ فَقَالَ: " مِنْ زِيِّ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ
Translation
✧ I asked al-Zuhri about tattooing, and he said: "It is from the adornment of the people of the Jahiliyyah."
