✧ The Qunut

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
قَنَتَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُثْمَانُ قَنَتَ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ لِأَنْ يُدْرِكَ النَّاسُ الرَّكْعَةَ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ performed the qunut in the dawn prayer, and Abu Bakr and 'Umar after the ruku'. When 'Uthman's turn came, he performed the qunut before the ruku' so that the people could catch the rak'ah.
