عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنِ الْآيَةِ تَكُونُ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ ؟ قَالَ: " الدُّعَاءُ وَلَيْسَ فِيهَا صَلَاةٌ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ "، قُلْتُ: عَمَّنْ تُحَدِّثُ ؟ قَالَ: " كَذَلِكَ كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, he said:
✧ I asked al-Zuhrī about a sign occurring after ʿaṣr. He said: “Supplication, and there is no prayer after ʿaṣr.” I said: “From whom do you report this?” He said: “Thus they used to do.”
