✧ The Prophet's ﷺ Night Prayer and His Witr

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: " بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
كَانَ يُوتِرُ بِثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، فِيهَا رَكْعَتَانِ أَمَامَ الصُّبْحِ، قُلْتُ: كَيْفَ كَانَ يُصَلِّيهِنَّ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا أَدْرِي "
Translation
✧ He used to perform witr with thirteen rak'ahs, including two rak'ahs before dawn. I said: How did he pray them? He said: “I do not know.”
