✧ A Man Prays Witr Then Wakes Up and Wants to Pray

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لَهُ: الرَّجُلُ يُوتِرُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، ثُمَّ يَسْتَيْقِظُ وَعَلَيْهِ لَيْلٌ " قَالَ حَسَنٌ: وَقَدْ كَانُوا يَسْتَحِبُّونَ أَنْ يَكُونَ آخِرَ صَلَاتِهِمُ الْوِتْرُ
Translation
✧ I said to him: "A man prays witr during the night, then wakes up while there is still night left." Ḥasan said: "They used to like that the last of their prayer be witr."
