✧ May a Man Pray While Driving His Animal, and Shortening the Prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ سِيرِينَ أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ:
صَلَّى بِنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ فِي السَّفِينَةِ قُعُودًا عَلَى بِسَاطٍ، وَقَصَرَ الصَّلَاةَ
Translation
✧ Anas b. Malik led us in prayer on the ship seated on a mat, and he shortened the prayer.
