عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ:
دَعَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَعُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ فَسَأَلَهُمَا عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ فِي رَمَضَانَ: أَيَصُومُ أَمْ يُفْطِرُ ؟ فَقَالَ عُرْوَةُ: إِنِّي إِنَّمَا أَخَذْتُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَقَالَ سَالِمٌ: وَإِنَّمَا أَخَذْتُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: فَلَمَّا امْتَرَيَا وَارْتَفَعَتْ أَصْوَاتُهُمَا، قَالَ عُمَرُ: " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرِ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ أَصُومُهُ فِي الْيُسْرِ، وَأُفْطِرُهُ فِي الْعُسْرِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Ayyūb, who said:
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Aziz summoned Salim b. Abdullah and Urwah b. al-Zubayr and asked them about the traveler in Ramadan: should he fast or break the fast? Urwah said: I only took it from Aishah, and Salim said: I only took it from Abdullah b. Umar. He said: When they disagreed and their voices rose, Umar said: O Allah, forgive; O Allah, forgive. I fast it in ease and break it in hardship.
