عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: "
خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ، فَصَامَ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْكَدِيدَ، ثُمَّ أَفْطَرَ ". قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: فَكَانَ الْفِطْرُ آخِرَ الْأَمْرَيْنِ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ set out in the year of the conquest in the month of Ramadan and fasted until he reached al-Kadid, then he broke his fast. Al-Zuhri said: Breaking the fast was the latter of the two matters.
