عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي كُنْتُ أَنَا وَصَاحِبٌ لِي فِي سَفَرٍ، فَأَتْمَمْتُ أَنَا وَقَصَرَ هُوَ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: " بَلْ أَتَمَّ هُوَ، وَقَصَرْتَ أَنْتَ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Qatādah, who said:
✧ A man came to Ibn 'Umar and said: "I and a companion of mine were on a journey, and I completed [the prayer] while he shortened it." Ibn 'Umar said: "Rather, he completed it, and you shortened it."
