عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ:
جَمَعَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ فِي يَوْمٍ مَطِيرٍ
Translation
✧ ‘Umar b. al-Khattab combined Zuhr and ‘Asr on a rainy day.
