✧ A Traveler or Residents

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
صَلَّى عُمَرُ بِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: " يَا أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ، إِنَّا قَوْمٌ سَفْرٌ، فَأَتِمُّوا الصَّلَاةَ
Translation
✧ 'Umar prayed two rak'ahs with the people of Makkah, then said, 'O people of Makkah, we are travelers, so complete the prayer.'
