عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ وُضُوءٌ.
Translation
✧ Whoever touches his penis, no wudu is required of him.
