عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ،
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، وَحُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ، وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ لَا يَرَوْنَ مِنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ وُضُوءًا، وَقَالُوا: لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ
Translation
✧ Ali, Abd Allah b. Masud, Hudhayfa b. al-Yaman, and Abu Hurayra did not consider touching the penis to require wudu, and they said: There is no harm in it.
