عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ،
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ أَقَامَ بِأَذْرَبِيجَانَ سِتَّةَ أَشْهُرٍ يَقْصُرُ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ: وَكَانَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا أَزْمَعْتَ إِقَامَةً فَأَتِمَّ
Translation

✧ Ibn Umar stayed in Azerbaijan for six months shortening the prayer. He said: And he used to say: “If you resolve to stay, then complete it.”
