عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:
فِي التَّرْتِيلِ قَالَ: " تَلَيْتُهُ حَتَّى تَفْقَهَهُ
Translation
✧ Regarding the slow recitation, he said: I recited it until you understand it.
