✧ The prayer of the sick person

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
دَخَلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَلَى ابْنِ صَفْوَانَ الطَّوِيلِ، فَوَجَدَهُ يَسْجُدُ عَلَى وِسَادَةٍ، فَنَهَاهُ وَقَالَ: " أَوْمِئْ وَاجْعَلِ السُّجُودَ أَخْفَصَ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ ".
Translation
✧ Ibn ʿUmar entered upon Ibn Ṣafwān al-Ṭawīl and found him prostrating on a cushion. He forbade him and said: "Gesture, and make the prostration lower than the bowing."
