✧ Wudu from Touching the Penis

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ،
أَنَّ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتَ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحَرِّثٍ قَالَتْ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِحْدَانَا تَتَوَضَّأُ لِلصَّلَاةِ فَتَفْرُغُ مِنْ وُضُوئِهَا، ثُمَّ تُدْخِلُ يَدَهَا فِي دِرْعِهَا فَتَمَسُّ فَرْجَهَا أَيَجِبُ عَلَيْهَا الْوُضُوءُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، إِذَا مَسَّتْ فَرْجَهَا فَلْتُعِدِ الصَّلَاةَ وَالْوُضُوءَ. قَالَ: وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو جَالِسٌ فَلَمْ يُفْزِعْ ذَلِكَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو بَعْدُ
Translation
✧ Busrah bt. Safwan b. Muharrith said: I said, "O Messenger of God, one of us performs wudu for the prayer, finishes her wudu, then inserts her hand into her garment and touches her private part. Is wudu obligatory upon her?" He said, "Yes. When she touches her private part, let her repeat the prayer and the wudu." He said: And Abd Allah b. Amr was sitting, and that did not startle Abd Allah b. Amr afterward.
