✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ:
جَاءَنَا ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ وَالْإِمَامُ يُصَلِّي الْفَجْرَ، فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ إِلَى سَارِيَةٍ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ
Translation
✧ Ibn Mas'ud came to us while the imam was praying Fajr, so he prayed two rak'ahs by a pillar, and he had not prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr.
