✧ Does one pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr when the prayer has been established

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ:
خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَالْمُؤَذِّنُ يُقِيمُ، فَصَلَّى الْفَجْرَ، فَوَجَدَ رَجُلَيْنِ يُصَلِّيَانِ، فَقَالَ: " أَصَلَاتَانِ مَعًا ؟
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out while the muezzin was making the iqamah, and he prayed Fajr. He found two men praying, and he said: "Two prayers together?"
