✧ A person should not offer voluntary prayers where he prays the obligatory prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّيْمِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مَنْصُورًا يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَا يُصَلِّي الْإِمَامُ التَّطَوُّعَ حَيْثُ يُصَلِّي الْمَكْتُوبَةَ
Translation
✧ The imam should not offer voluntary prayers where he prays the obligatory prayer.
