✧ May the son of adultery lead the prayer?

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ: هَلْ يَؤُمُّ وَلَدُ الزِّنَا ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ، وَمَا شَأْنُهُ ؟ " قُلْتُ: فَالْمُخَنَّثُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، وَلَا كَرَامَةَ، وَلَا يُؤْتَمُّ بِهِ
Translation
✧ I asked al-Zuhri: May the son of adultery lead? He said: "Yes, and what is his fault?" I said: What about the effeminate man? He said: "No, and no honor, and he is not to be followed."
