عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَمَا جَلَسَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ وَلَمْ يَتَشَهَّدْ قَالَ: " يَنْصَرِفُ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ، ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فَيَتَشَهَّدُ
Translation

✧ Regarding a man who has a hadath after sitting in the fourth [rak'ah] before saying the tashahhud, he said: "He should leave, perform wudu, then return and say the tashahhud."
