✧ A man who forgets a prayer and does not know which one it is

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ
رَجُلٍ فَاتَتْهُ إِحْدَى صَلَاتَيِ الْعَشِيِّ وَلَا يَدْرِي الظُّهْرَ أَوِ الْعَصْرَ ؟ قَالَ: لَا بُدَّ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الظُّهْرَ ثُمَّ الْعَصْرَ
Translation
✧ A man missed one of the two evening prayers and does not know whether it was Zuhr or 'Asr. He said: 'He must pray Zuhr then 'Asr.'
