✧ A man who misses part of the prayer while the imam has forgotten
3540 3513 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ مِثْلَهُ.

فِي رَجُلٍ فَاتَهُ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ شَيْءٌ وَقَدْ سَهَا الْإِمَامُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِيءَ قَالَ إِذَا سَلَّمَ وَسَجَدَ فَلْيَسْجُدْ مَعَهُ فَإِذَا فَرَغَ فَلْيَقُمْ وَلْيَقْضِ
Translation
✧ Regarding a man who misses part of the prayer while the imam has already made a mistake before he arrived, he said: When the imam says the taslim and prostrates, let him prostrate with him. Then when he finishes, let him stand and make up what he missed.
