✧ When one stands where one should sit, or sits where one should stand, or gives taslim after two rak'ahs

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ قَامَ وَلَمْ يَبْرَحْ فَيَذْكُرُ قَالَ: " يُوفِي عَلَى مَا مَضَى، فَقَالَ لَهُ إِنْسَانٌ: أَقُومُ فِي الْمَكْتُوبَةِ فَأَسْهُوَ حَتَّى أُشِيرَ إِلَى إِنْسَانٍ بِيَدِي وَلَمْ أَتَكَلَّمْ قَالَ: " اقْعُدْ وَاسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': A man prayed Zuhr as two rak'ahs, then stood and had not left; then he remembers. He said: 'He completes what has passed.' A man said to him: I stand in the prescribed prayer and become heedless until I gesture to a person with my hand, but I do not speak. He said: 'Sit and perform two prostrations.'
