✧ Forgetfulness in prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: إِنِ الْتَبَسَ عَلَى الْإِمَامِ فَلَا يَدْرِي كَمْ صَلَّى وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ، كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ ؟ قَالَ: " يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَعْلَمَ بِعِلْمِ مَنْ وَرَاءَهُ
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': If it becomes confused for the imam and he does not know how many he has prayed while he is standing, what should he do? He said: 'He is about to know by the knowledge of those behind him.'
