Translation

✧ When one of you is uncertain in his prayer and does not know how many he has prayed, whether three or four, let him stand and pray a rak'ah to complete it with, then prostrate two prostrations while sitting before he says the salam. If the rak'ah he prayed was a fifth, he pairs it with these two prostrations; and if it was the fourth, then the two prostrations are a humiliation for Satan.
