✧ Walking to the prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِذَا أُقِيمَتْ فَلَا تَأْتُوهَا تَسْعَوْنَ، وَلَكِنِ ائْتُوهَا وَأَنْتُمْ تَمْشُونَ، وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّكِينَةُ، فَمَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا، وَمَا فَاتَكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا
Translation
✧ When the iqamah is called, do not come to it running, but come to it walking, with tranquility upon you. Whatever you catch up with, pray, and whatever you miss, complete.
