✧ A Dog Lapping from a Vessel

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: وَلَغَ الْكَلْبُ فِي جَفْنَةِ قَوْمٍ فِيهَا لَبَنٌ فَأَدْرَكُوهُ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ فَغَرَفُوا حَوْلَ مَا وَلَغَ فِيهِ قَالَ: لَا تَشْرَبُوهُ.
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': 'A dog lapped from a large bowl belonging to some people, in which there was milk, and they caught it at that moment, and they scooped out around the place where it lapped.' He said: 'Do not drink it.'
