✧ A Dog Lapping from a Vessel

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، عَنِ الْكَلْبِ يَلَغُ فِي الْإِنَاءِ قَالَ: يُغْسَلُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَالَ: لَمْ أَسْمَعْ فِي الْهِرِّ شَيْئًا
Translation
✧ I asked al-Zuhrī about a dog that laps in a vessel. He said: It is washed three times. He said: I have not heard anything about a cat.
