عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ:
رَآنِي ابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَعْبَثُ بِالْحَصَى فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ: لَوْ خَشَعَ قَلْبُ هَذَا خَشَعَتْ جَوَارِحُهُ
Translation
✧ Ibn al-Musayyib saw me playing with pebbles during prayer and said: If this one's heart were humble, his limbs would be humble.
