✧ Raising the hands in supplication

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ عِنْدَ صَدْرِهِ فِي الدُّعَاءِ، ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ بِهِمَا وَجْهَهُ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands to his chest in supplication, then wipe his face with them.
