عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِنَافِعٍ: كَيْفَ كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَتَشَهَّدُ ؟ فَقَالَ: كَانَ يَقُولُ: بِسْمِ اللهِ، التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلهِ، الصَّلَوَاتُ لِلهِ، الزَّاكِيَاتُ لِلهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، ثُمَّ يَتَشَهَّدُ: شَهِدْتُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، شَهِدْتُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، شَهِدْتُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ يُوَالِي بِهِنَّ التَّسْلِيمَ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I said to Nāfiʿ: How did Ibn ʿUmar use to perform the tashahhud? He said: He used to say: “In the name of God. Al-taḥiyyātu lillāh, al-ṣalawātu lillāh, al-zākiyātu lillāh, al-salāmu ʿalayka ayyuhā al-nabiyyu wa-raḥmatu Allāhi wa-barakātuhu, al-salāmu ʿalaynā wa-ʿalā ʿibādi Allāhi al-ṣāliḥīn.” Then he would testify: “I testify that there is no god but God, I testify that there is no god but God, I testify that Muḥammad is the Messenger of God,” following these with the salutation.
